Scholarship from the People’s Republic of China Embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand

   On 30 January 2023, Mr. Yang Xin, Chargé d’Affaires of the People’s Republic of China Embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand, presented a scholarship of 640,000 baht to the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Chantipa Phutrakul, Director of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, accepted the scholarship to support three schools under the Foundation’s network. They are Phratumnuk Suankularb School, Bangkok; Sanambin School, Khon Kaen Province; and Anuban Nakhon Sawan School, Nakhon Sawan Province.

The Embassy of the People’s Republic of China awarded 150 scholarships, 5,000 baht per each scholarship, for a total of 750,000 baht 27 the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation’s network schools in Nakorn Ratchasima, Rayong and Chiang Mai.
On 13 October 2015, H.E. Mr. Ning Fukui, Ambassador of China to Thailand, along with his wife visited Wat Srakaew School in Nakorn Ratchasima to award 50 scholarships, each worth 5,000 baht, to exemplary students from 9 schools in 7 education districts. The schools were selected by the Young Ambassador of Virtue Foundation. The 9 schools range from pilot YAVF schools (Wat Srakaew School) to schools that joined the Foundation in its expansion phase during 2001.
