On 27 February 2019, H.E. Ms. Chantipha Phutrakul, Director of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, awarded scholarships to students at Wat Thorn Samor School, Singhburi Province. The scholarships were categorized into 2 categories; a 1,000-baht scholarship awarded to 18 students and a 1,500-baht scholarship awarded to 8 students. The total value of the scholarship is 30,000 baht.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Director, in her remarks to the students, said that knowledge will help them overcome their challenges and hardship and that education is the foundation for building knowledge. The Director asked the students to be diligent and study hard, and to exercise their thinking, reading, and writing skills. Most importantly, for the students to do everything with consciousness and practice dhamma.<\/p>\n\n\n
