Minister of Foreign Affairs Awarded Scholarships to Students in Saraburi

On 1 November 2017, His Excellency Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs paid a visit to Anuban Wat Phra Puthabath School and Wat Chanthaburi School in Saraburi Province. He awarded 10 scholarships (5,000 baht each) to students in Anuban Wat Phra Phuthabath School, and 5 scholarships (3,000 baht each) to students in Wat Chanthaburi School. Scholarship recipients were selected from those with good academic records but lack the necessary financial resources. 

In addition, a number of souvenirs, gifts, educational material and sports equipment were given to the schools, courtesy of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation and departments within the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue at Anuban Wat Phra Puthabath led the Minister of Foreign Affairs to the tour of the school’s exhibition on Sufficiency Economy Philosophy. The exhibition also showcased agricultural products that were farmed using His Majesty’s Sufficiency Economy Philosophy, impressing the Minister as well as members of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs’ delegation.

MFA Scholarship

Vice Minister of Foreign Affairs presented scholarships to Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School in Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya

On 26 October 2022, Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, paid a visit to Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and presented 10 scholarships to well-behaved students who are underprivileged at Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School. His Excellency also presented 5 scholarships each to Wat Phananchoeng School, Wat Sawang Arom School, Wat Hantra School, Cholpratan Anukroh School, and Wat Yai Chaimongkol School. All in all, a total of 35 scholarships – each worth 2,500 baht – were presented. The scholarships total 87,500 baht in value. In addition, the Foundation also presented support fund of 15,000 baht, educational books, and souvenirs to Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School.
