The 20 th Anniversary of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn

On 1 November 2019, The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation hosted the 20th Anniversary of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation under the Royal Patronage of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn with the theme “20th Anniversary of Young Ambassadors of Virtue: keep advancing and learning for the next decade” at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. The event showcased the Foundation’s past work and efforts in cultivating good morals, encouraging volunteer spirit and expanding perspectives of Thai youths.

Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn graciously presided at the event, which was also attended by board members of the Foundation, executives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, school administrative boards, teachers and students from all corners of the country who are a part of the Foundation. In total, 675 participants joined in celebration of the anniversary.

On the same occasion, Her Royal Highness gave the Foundation a painting drawn by Her Royal Highness and awards to a group of people who have contributed to the Foundation, representatives from schools, as well as patron embassies in Thailand, namely, the Embassy of Brazil, the Embassy of Chile and the Embassy of The People’s Republic of China.

There were activities at the event including exhibitions, which were designed by the Foundation, related agencies, schools, embassies and various departments of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, not only to provide knowledge but to encourage participants to learn through creative activities.
