The Director of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation presented scholarships to students from schools under the Foundation’s network in Nakhon Sawan and Khon Kaen. The Foundation received 400,000 baht in scholarship support from the Embassy of The People’s Republic of China in The Kingdom of Thailand.
Projects and Activities
On 30 January 2023, Mr. Yang Xin, Chargé d’Affaires of the People’s Republic of China Embassy in the Kingdom of Thailand, presented a scholarship of 640,000 baht to the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Ms. Chantipa Phutrakul, Director of the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, accepted the scholarship to support three schools under the Foundation’s network. They are Phratumnuk Suankularb School, Bangkok; Sanambin School, Khon Kaen Province; and Anuban Nakhon Sawan School, Nakhon Sawan Province.

On 26 October 2022, Mr. Vijavat Isarabhakdi, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, paid a visit to Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School, Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya, and presented 10 scholarships to well-behaved students who are underprivileged at Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School. His Excellency also presented 5 scholarships each to Wat Phananchoeng School, Wat Sawang Arom School, Wat Hantra School, Cholpratan Anukroh School, and Wat Yai Chaimongkol School. All in all, a total of 35 scholarships – each worth 2,500 baht – were presented. The scholarships total 87,500 baht in value. In addition, the Foundation also presented support fund of 15,000 baht, educational books, and souvenirs to Anuban Phra Nakhon Si Ayutthaya School.
On 2 September 2022, Mr. Soonthorn Chaiyindeepum, Deputy Permanent Secretary, on behalf of Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, along with officials from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, paid a visit to Anuban Phitsanulok School in Phitsanulok.
On 15 November 2021, Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, and his team paid a visit to Anuban Krabi School in Krabi. The school joined the Young Ambassadors of Virtue project in 2001. Three school members, including the school director and students, were selected to take part in the worldview expansion program in Malaysia in 2013
On 4 November 2020, H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, along with officials, paid a visit to Witchit Songkram School in Phuket, which is the main school in Phuket that implemented a project aimed at promoting moral integrity promoted by the late King Rama 9.

Sri Lanka was currently amid a severe economic crisis and shortages in basic necessities, including food, medicines and fuel. The country’s budget deficit affected education, prompting schools to shut down and students also stopped learning.
The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, in partnership with 20 schools under its network – one each from 20 provinces –implemented a project aimed at helping underprivileged students from schools under its network from 15 June to 15 July 2022.
The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, along with 22 schools under its network –school from 22 provinces –jointly held the “Friend-to-Friend Learning Experience Project for Knowledge Enhancement” from 20 April to 31 May 2022.
The Association of Spouses of Officials of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (ASOMFA): In 2021, ASOMFA, in conjunction with the Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, aided 90 students in 4th – 6th grades from schools in the YAVF network by providing supply kits and scholarships. Three schools in the YAVF network in 3 provinces (Banpongbooncharoen School Phetchabun Province, Watbanmung School Phitsanulok Province, Banwangdin School Uttaradit Province) received aid and COVID-19 preventive equipment according to their needs. The material was worth 120,000 baht in total.
“Aids for Young Ambassadors of Virtue Network Schools” Project provided learning materials kits andsurvival supply kits to needy students and schools in the YAVF network in 5 provinces : Uttaradit Province, Tak Province, Mukdahan Province, Krabi Province and Nakhon Si Thammarat Province
Young Ambassadors of Virtue “Giving to Fight COVID-19” Project assisted schools in the YAVF network during the new COVID-19 wave in the highly restricted provinces. The Foundation handed over infrared thermometers and screening and testing equipment to Ekachai School in Samut Sakhon Province and Mukdalai School in Mukdahan Province. It also delivered survival kits to students with financial difficulties lacking educational support from Thanyasitthisin School in Pathum Thani Province.
Young Ambassadors of Virtue Volunteers’ “Fight against COVID-19” Project carried on the mission of Young Ambassadors of Virtue Volunteers’ “Sharing Love and Happiness in the Fight against COVID-19” Project. The project provided assistance to 1,866 students from 98 Border Patrol Police Schools and 31 Learning Centres in 29 provinces.

Young Ambassadors of Virtue “Giving and Sharing the Fight against COVID-19” Project provided aids, learning material kits for five subjects – mathematics, science, sociology,Thai, and English- and survival kits containing basic supplies to 1,412 students in 6th Grade from 116 schools in 12 provinces. This material was to assist needy students in small and remote schools who lacked access to technology-based education.
Young Ambassadors of Virtue “Giving to Fight COVID-19” Project distributed 10,238 face shields to 40 hospitals in 18 provinces to assist medical staff working in the hospitals dealing with the COVID-19 pandemic.
