The Project on Cultivating Good Seeds of Virtue in 2023

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, organised the City of Sustainable Happiness mobile exhibition to promote morality and goodness in young ambassadors of virtue under the concept of Young People of Virtue Leading Thailand to the Path of Sustainable Development, “Think Wisely, Look Ahead, Understand Thailand, Understand the World.” The project aims to encourage Thai youth to be virtuous and well-versed in the Sufficiency Economy Philosophy into practice in their daily life. The project featured 10 stations located at participating schools in line with Sufficiency Economy Philosophy namely, His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great’s Royal Guidance, the celebration of the life and work of His Majesty King Maha Vajiralongkorn Phra Vajiraklaochaoyuhua station, the celebration of the life and work of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn station, the Young Ambassadors of Virtue station, household suffieciency station, school of wisdom station, Dharma station, sustainable farming station, the city innovation station and the global sustainability station. The project was organised     from 15 June to 16 August 2023, encompassing 13 network schools in 13 provinces 3 regions. 

Central region: Bangkok 

Western region: Prachuap Khiri Khan  

Southern region: 11 provinces(Songkhla, Satun, Phatthalung, Trang, Krabi, Nakhon Si Thammarat, Surat Thani, Ranong, Narathiwat, Yala, Pattani) 

In conclusion, the Project on Cultivating Good Seeds of Virtue in 2023 involed 28,673 school administrators, teachers and students from 175 schools in the YAVF network. 

Domestic Projects and Activities

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation and Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) organized a camp on The King’s Philosophy to Sustainable Development

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, in cooperation with Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), arranged a camp called “The King’s Philosophy to Sustainable Development” at Phu Phan Royal Development Study Centre in Sakon Nakhon province during 5 – 9 May 2018. The camp was participated by 139 Young Ambassadors of Virtue and 32 teachers representing 52 schools from 17 provinces all over Thailand.

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation and Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) organized “Preserve Thai Tradition, Revive the Forest, Maintain Water Sources Camp”

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, in cooperation with Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), organized a camp called “Preserve Thai Tradition, Revive the Forest, Maintain Water Sources” at Huai Hong Khrai Royal Development Study Centre, Chiangmai province during 27 April – 1 May 2018. The participants comprised of 76 Young Ambassadors of Virtue and 16 teachers representing 29 schools from 8 Northern provinces of Thailand.
