Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation and Sirindhorn International Environmental Park Foundation organized an “Energy Conservation” camp

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, in cooperation with the Sirindhorn International Environmental Park Foundation, organized an “Energy Conservation” camp. The camp was held at Sirindhorn International Environment Park, Petchaburi Province between 27 – 29 October 2014. The participants comprised 63 Young Ambassadors of Virtue and 12 teachers, representing 22 schools from 12 provinces in Thailand.

The activities at the camp included viewing of an exhibition in honor of His Majesty on energy conservation, value of energy, methods to conserve energy, and available technologies that can support energy conservation, with a view to promote ways of life that are in harmony with nature. Participants also had a chance to learn means to conserve natural resources, especially the means to conserve mangrove forest in accordance with His Majesty’s initiative.

After having completed this learning experience, 5 Young Ambassadors of Virtue and 1 teacher were selected to join the study trip to Indonesia in February 2015 to promote knowledge exchanges and friendship.

Domestic Projects and Activities

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation and Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB) organized a camp on The King’s Philosophy to Sustainable Development

The Young Ambassadors of Virtue Foundation, in cooperation with Office of the Royal Development Projects Board (ORDPB), arranged a camp called “The King’s Philosophy to Sustainable Development” at Phu Phan Royal Development Study Centre in Sakon Nakhon province during 5 – 9 May 2018. The camp was participated by 139 Young Ambassadors of Virtue and 32 teachers representing 52 schools from 17 provinces all over Thailand.
